Independent testers agree it is a solid, light travel stroller: Wirecutter's budget travel pick and best for naps, among Consumer Reports' highest-rated lightweight strollers, and 71/100 at BabyGearLab, with a 4.4/5 Amazon.sa rating.
It works from birth to 22 kg and meets EN 1865:2019.
Points are lost for a fold that can unlatch, a non-standing fold, bumpy handling off pavement, a small basket, and a local price (SAR 1,296 at check time) somewhat above the roughly US$300 US price.
We have not tested it ourselves.

About the product
Overview
The Baby Jogger City Tour 2 is a compact travel stroller (model 2144101, European version sold on Amazon.sa) built around a light aluminium frame. Wirecutter names it the budget pick in its travel-stroller guide, Consumer Reports lists it among the highest-rated lightweight strollers in its tests, and BabyGearLab scores it 71/100 (6th of 12 travel strollers).
Key features
- Listed frame weight of 6.5 kg (BabyGearLab measured about 6.4 kg)
- Usable from birth up to 22 kg using the near-flat seat recline, per the listing
- Multi-position recline and adjustable calf support; Wirecutter calls it the best travel stroller for naps on the go
- Extendable UV50+ canopy with a peek-a-boo window
- 5-point harness, rubber tyres, lockable front swivel wheels
- Storage basket with front and rear access, plus an included carry bag
- Meets the European stroller standard EN 1865:2019
Who it suits
Families who travel or fly often, use car trunks and want a small second stroller, and parents who want a travel stroller that still lets a baby nap comfortably.
Limits
- The fold needs two hands for some users, it may not stay latched unless pressed firmly, and testers found it can partially open if lifted by the handlebar.
- Testers report it does not stand on its own when folded.
- Small wheels with little suspension feel bumpy on gravel, grass and broken pavement.
- The storage basket is on the small side, and the canopy does not shade the legs.
- Like most light strollers, it can tip backward when a bag hangs on the handle; do not hang bags on it.
- Carrycot and car-seat adapters are sold separately.
Care
Wipe the frame with a damp cloth and spot-clean the fabric with mild soap; check the manufacturer's manual for the fabric care steps that apply to your unit.
